Shipping policy

Services are provided exclusively to business customers (B2B). We require a valid VAT ID; we reserve the right to refuse non-B2B orders.

 

Minimum Order Value

We only accept orders with a minimum order value of €600 (including any discounts applied before taxes and shipping). Orders below €600 are not accepted.

All prices are in EUR and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are net of VAT. Applicable VAT and shipping will be shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Any price lists or quotations are subject to change until we issue an order confirmation.

 

Shipping Coverage and Carrier

Shipping partner: DPD.

We do not offer self-collection and do not deliver to Packstation addresses.

Germany and Austria: Orders at or above €600 ship free of charge.

 

Incomplete Deliveries

If any items are missing from your delivery, contact us at sales@decofunplay.com within 7 days of receipt. Please report immediately upon discovery in accordance with Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). We will investigate and either send the missing items or issue a refund. Partial deliveries are reserved if beneficial.
