Please note that the minimum order value is €600. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are legally binding and cannot be cancelled once placed. No right of withdrawal exists for B2B transactions.
Returns Due to Defects
Notification of Defects: Businesses must report obvious defects in writing (by email) within 7 days of receiving the goods. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. The notification of defect should include the order number and a detailed description of the defect. Photos or videos clearly showing the defect are helpful.
Defect Claim Process:
- Contact: Notify our customer service team at sales@decofunplay.com, providing your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and any supporting documentation.
- Review of the Complaint: Our customer service team will review the validity of your complaint.
- Subsequent Performance: If the claim is valid, the following resolution options are available, based on the quantity of the faulty product:
o 24+ Units: Refund or Credit Note. If a replacement is chosen initially, and the returned product is deemed faulty, you may choose a refund or credit note at this stage. Returned products must be in their original packaging and should not show signs of damage beyond the original defect. We reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund if a product is returned with additional damage or incomplete. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
o 6-23 Units: Refund or Credit Note
o Under 6 Units: Refund or Credit Note.
Return Shipping Costs: DecoFunPlay will cover the cost of returning defective goods. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label upon approval of your return.
Rejected Deliveries: If you reject a delivery due to visible damage, please contact us immediately at sales@decofunplay.com. DecoFunPlay will cover the return shipping costs.
Incomplete Deliveries: If your delivery is incomplete, please contact us at sales@decofunplay.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will investigate the matter and send the missing items to you or refund you the corresponding amount.
